      Ventajas

      I have been an employee here for many years and have seen this company grow at an amazing pace, We have good benefits and as long as you are up front and communicate well the managers are generally flexible

      Desventajas

      It is easy to become complacent and to get "Lost in the crowd" there are also some internal processes that do not really make sense, with a company of this size and so many components it could take a while for a process to change
