Gain skill sets, pad your resume, and look elsewhere for long-term positions. Unless there's a vital skill set you can pick up here, it's just not worth it. Overall, this is a highly traditional, corporate environment that felt like stepping back into the 90's. Some of the technology is great to add to your resume, but expect to be micromanaged and treated like a kid. The dental industry as a whole is pretty boring and slow to adapt to the internet business model.
