Ventajas
KMS cares about its employees and everyone is great to work with with no political boundaries between departments. Company focuses on great client support and goes the distance to help ensure 100% happy clients. Many companies that I have worked in past will talk about great customer service but not invest $$ to help ensure it happens. KMS actually invests lot of $$ to help clients and it is true partnership approach.
Desventajas
The company is less structured and processes. So it is not for everyone if you are the kind that prefers matured processes and well defined structure.
