      The pay is fair. The work is ever changing due to various contracts and you get to move around to different offices and meet new people.

      Desventajas

      I worry about the opportunity for advancement due to the small size of the company. I want to be able to grow with the company.

      The ‘cult’ure feels more like a cult. Big demands. Confrontational. Name-calling and disrespect is normal to some people here.
