I like the way leadership is good at making decisions and sticking to them. They trust employees to own the projects, processes, and outcomes, and keeps a good level of communication despite the virtual office environment. There are no massive hierarchies with big egos here - just people challenging each other to give it their all and to create great technology and customer experiences.
