      Ventajas

      a. Good way to gain experience if you're fresh out of university/ college b. Get to see the dynamics of the entire company's operations (as it a small one) c. In good phases, management did seem to want to establish a positive work environment and culture

      Desventajas

      a. Recent management lacks direction and it is highly disorganized b. Negative work environment and a deteriorated work culture c. Inexperienced leadership leading to a lack of long term vision

      Ventajas

      They allow a hybrid work model

      Desventajas

      The pay is SUPER LOW. Almost criminal. Located in downtown Toronto, they expect you to live off a salary that was considered low even in 2005. The management seems to justify this by buying you lunch here and there. Management offered little to no support, was always micro managing, and condescending. Lastly, they do not care about the environment one bit, despite how they frame themselves!

      Desventajas

      Extreme micromanagement, company values are overlooked and don’t exist, very low pay for the added work responsibilities thrown at you.
