Ventajas

Everybody that stays on the team for long here is a team player and genuinely cares about everybody else's well-being. The culture here is fantastic and it starts at the top with the K and the R. The "machine" is very well-oiled and runs smoothly when pitted against other MSPs.

Desventajas

I can't think of any real cons...it's always very busy and there's always something to be doing which certainly adds to the stress of the job, but it's very mild compared to the norm for the MSP industry.

- Can feel understaffed at times but that is likely the nature of the business in this industry - On call system can be improved

Ventajas

K&R is a very small company that provides IT support to other very small companies in San Diego. This allows inexperienced employees to quickly learn the do's and dont's of office etiquette. This is a good FIRST job for anyone wanting to build a resume.

Desventajas

This is not a destination for anyone who wants to advance their career. The company has been and is still going through growing pains. This leads to an unethical, unprofessional, and hostile work environment. In order for the company to grow into the "biggest and best" MSP in San Diego, they need to part ways with a number of bad apples in senior positions. I have very little confidence that they are capable of doing so.
