Ventajas
Not many, besides the fact they were keen to hire me and get me started quickly (only then to be disappointed and messed about!)
Desventajas
The management in IT is a shambles and is the same in all other departments too, nobody knows what is happening or who manages what, it's a total mess, chaotic, disjointed. Management is also full of ego, they are not confidence inspiring at all, they like to keep you below them and not equal.
