Ventajas

-Management is great, they recognize potential and are willing to groom -Very understanding bosses, would try their best to help you whenever and wherever they can -Nice colleagues, willing to guide and help you out. Some will even go an extra mile for you -Management recognizes effort and show appreciation quite often -Very supportive mentors and colleagues, work hard and you'll fit right in -Overall a great place to work in, management is great, environment is great. -Management cares about employees' wellbeing -Bosses believe in hard work and works as hard as everyone to make sure company does well. Thanks for taking a chance on me!

Desventajas

-Too many negative reviews from disgruntled ex employees. Never in my time in JobStudio has the Directors ever called anyone out or micro managed. Do your job well and you'll be rewarded. Don't bring down the company because you lazed around. The bosses are just doing their part for the company, AS SHOULD YOU.

Ventajas

Supportive mentors. Dynamic and fast pace environment. Not your usual boring office job if you are looking for just a job to clock in and out. Many things to learn like candidate and client management. There is no pay cut since January 2020 and the incentive plan and pay outs are consistently attractive throughout + yearly bonuses.

Desventajas

A typical sales and target-driven company and the job can be equally stressful and yet rewarding. If you are a consistent performer, you will enjoy both monetary benefits and career progression. There were also many non-performers who had NEGATIVE contributions or simply just laze around while"WFM" who only can rant their resentments in the social media when being asked to LEAVE. ADVICE to those "Keyboard Warriors", you can blame the management, Sun and the Moon for all you want, but do reflect on your own actions before you make any nasty remarks. There is no reason to ask normal employees who are working diligently or those are in-line with the organization to leave.
