      Ventajas

      A great place to learn about the industry and develop new skills. The work–life balance is excellent, and the people are amazing!

      Desventajas

      Sometimes our decision-making can be a bit slow, and while the process can definitely be improved, I believe it’s something we’re all working on — myself included.

      -Flexible -Great clients. -Learning and Development budget for you to buy books or courses online. -Local holidays. -Paid vacation.

      Desventajas

      -Compensation is not great, and there’s no room for it to increase over time either.

      Ventajas

      Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

      Desventajas

      Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).
