Ventajas
Used to be completely remote work & great coworkers.
Desventajas
Toxic environment, need a corporate structure with some ethical accountability. During remote work it used to be a good company with fair compensation and fixed working hours, the WFO is a disaster. Their office lacks hygiene, bad furniture, a guy fell from chair few days back, very fiduciary structure, there are three classes there, Upper management, middle management, and then developers. Everyone looks down on developers even though they are bread and butter of the company. They use mafia tactics to scare employees, like they will ruin their career and what not if they leave the company, and now they have started asking for money if you don't want to serve notice period.
