      Ventajas

      High-growth place to work with wonderful people. Biggest issue is growing too fast. Lots of opportunity if you are willing to work for it.

      Desventajas

      Not very diverse (particularly top management) and some benefits (i.e. paternity / maternity leave) are still catching up to 2026 standards.
