      Ventajas

      Meet other new staff and gain experience working with kids

      Desventajas

      Can't bring your own lunch, don't get breaks, don't get paid extra for late nights, have to take a bus with the kids everyday, have to go in the pool everyday, are outside all day long and it can get very hot, weeks feel very very long, don't get paid by the hour.

      -not a lot of inclusive communication between admin and staff -sometimes hard to be able to go to bathroom
