      Peks Great and i mean fantastically super, work-life balance great really well though out methods of ensuring this, personal growth great

      Desventajas

      time-off policies not so good i hardly get any time off ever i work 25 hours a day, promotion not so good i am never promoted, leadership not so good

      Interesting work and new and different perspectives are not only welcomed, but encouraged.

      Ventajas

      Great work environment that encouraged teamwork. The work was thought provoking and it payed well. Management was great and encouraged good work.

      Desventajas

      I only worked there temporarily so I didn't get the full picture. The company is small and reputation is crucial to long term success.
