Maybe the pay but other places pay more. Its not about the money its about being treated like a valued employee which you will not be.
Desventajas
If you want to work where you are not appreciated and you have no energy at the end of the day this is your place! No time off if you dont have any PTO built up. This company is looking to take over all the little guys. Co workers are out for them selves so no positive team work here. Even if you have been there a long time , if you stand up for yourself you will be singled out. Certain People are allowed to be demeaning to others as they have ties to upper management. Faceless worker unless you make a minor mistake that someone else that is looking to advance, will be more than willing to point out to a supervisor. Employees are thrown under the bus ALOT. You are not rewarded for your hard work. Some of the Rads treat you like you are inept and will berate in front of others. They want to be spoon fed. You will be okay if you plan on sucking up to the right people.
