Ventajas
There are a lot of people who are smart, friendly and willing to help. Happy hours, when they occur, are great too. Monthly company meetings inform everyone how the organization is performing financially and helps keep everyone focused. Management gives flexible work schedules to accommodate life balance. New senior management is good news.
Desventajas
There are multiple teams and no real description of roles or responsibilities. Long hours, depending on job function. When majority of the company has "Work From Home" disease on Friday, it's hard to tell who is really working or available. Management is top heavy; too many managers, directors and vice presidents. Requests for help from IT take a long time (days, weeks, sometimes ignored).
