      Ventajas

      The remote work setup is the only reason employees still stay with invenioLSI

      Desventajas

      InvenioLSI has a poor and ineffective leadership, which is why everything here is terrible and awful. The work environment is exhausting despite the remote work setup because of the role creep and unrealistic demands from the management. The poor pay and disappointing benefits are also part of the problem of working here.

Our hubs are vibrant spaces for our employees to engage, collaborate, and celebrate. We encourage our employees to connect with their HRBP and manager if they have any concerns or questions about our return to work policy, work life balance and or project responsibilities. Leadership has an open door policy and employees are welcome to discuss concerns. Input and feedback are welcome.

      Ventajas

      Great benefits and competitive pay. Lots of growth recently, so a lot of opportunities. Good utilization bonus, as well as quarterly. The firm is doing well and I see nothning but great projects starting up, Everyone from management to the various Learning Academy resources have been very helpul and great to work with. The CEO actually cares about each employee and has a great head on his shoulders.

      Desventajas

      Can get lost in the shuffle of a larger firm that is Global. Being fairly new to the firm, I do not see any concerns that would raise any doubts.
