Everyone is working together towards a common goal and you feel very much a valued part of the team - it is really rewarding to work here. The culture is absolutely amazing and it makes coming to work on a Monday morning a pleasure rather than a chore. We are like a family, and work socials feel like spending time with a big group of friends.

You walk into a comfortable, collaborative top floor office in central Reading with great views over the town. There are many opportunities in the business for personal development and many training courses to sharpen up on your skills. The staff are like minded, very social and usually hang out on weekends together.
