Terrible micromanaging, right from the top
CEO wants to be involved in everything and doesn't trust anyone to share anything
No company annual bonus
Pathetic to no increment
Culture of rewarding people who manage upwards and ignoring hard workers
Inconsistent practices on all aspects. Manager can approve something and senior management can veto later
Poor leadership from business, always asking us to do more but never giving us tools, training and time..we don't even have company laptops and software.
Have to bring own laptop and subject to audit. Have to download software or buy out of own pocket.
No progression opportunities unless you are in good shoes of management
