Desventajas
No real connection with Manager level and higher Manager. You will be a number to them. Underestimate Designers. Prefer Engineers. Divas are the Developers. (2018 - 2020) New Managers without any experience on people. Not good on Communication. The way of working changes every year - so the people and the team. There was no "team work". Senior fight for the chair. Not my personal work style at all!
