They will terminate you without giving you notification or NTE. You'll be surprised you will join a meeting link and then there they will inform you are already terminated. no prior information even from your training manager. When you ask them via email when they provide you an offboarding email and then you respond for clarifications you will not hear anything from them even though the offboarding email stated to respond within 24 hours blah blah blah if not we will proceed. But when you respond within 24 hours the same information will be provided. I tried to request escalation of the trajning manager but no actions made. Mind you, i filed request to put me on LOA during training because i needed to undergo medical emergencies.
