      Ventajas

      The majority of the people here are friendly.

      Desventajas

      The environment does not promote team work. People take credit for work they haven't done and the person who has done the work doesn't get promoted unless their of the "in" crowd. There's also a lack of respect for the business world and others.

      Ventajas

      Super talented and motivated team. Excellent relationships with customers. Easy to stay motivated while having a great time at the office. Leadership team is aligned and very in tune with employees.

      Desventajas

      Recent acquisition by First American may have had some impacts but otherwise the PROs still remained.

      Ventajas

      Pay was good and location easy to get to. Company acquired by First American Financial, so unknown about benefits.

      Desventajas

      People were good but work environment not good. Upper management is faceless and has not concern for subordinates.
