      Ventajas

      I've been working here for 3 years. The company gives you a lot of flexibility and as long as the client is happy, they are happy. They provide a number of events to help people stay connected in the company, since it's primary business is software consulting. They really try to keep you happy, and if you're not, they're willing to work with you.

      Desventajas

      The cons aren't with the company, but with the nature of the consulting business. It's harder to keep connected, and such, but it's really the nature of the business.

      Ventajas

      Small company feel with big company benefits. Excellent culture.

      Desventajas

      Pay isn't as competitive as positions with similar skill levels

      Ventajas

      Hours weren't too bad, decent work-life balance. At the start it was pretty daunting but, soon got the hang of it, and was able to work well with the flow of the work environment.

      Desventajas

      Now, while I said I got the hang of it, there were still days where it would come with some stress. But please take that with a grain of salt since, this was my first time working in such a place in this niche.
