You will work with a minumim of supervison. There are training programs for various engines and products and the chance to gain experience doing the work.

The pay is as described in other reviews. I find the negative reviews to be accurate. You will be assigned work that is not properly documented, when you complete this work, it will negatively impact your productivity. Productivity is the sole criteria for your pay review.
