      The higher management would only support the ones the like, and they're friends... and other higher management would be bullied and mistreated..

      This is a company that demands quality and rewards you when it’s produced. You’ll be explained your responsibilities and goals clearly and you’ll be provided a framework to meet realistic expectations. It’s up to you to work diligently and make an impact. I had three positive years at First Security Service and look back on the experience fondly.
