Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. First and foremost, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at Intermountain Health. We appreciate your valuable feedback as it helps us identify the areas we can improve. At Intermountain, we believe that a culture of well-being for all caregivers is foundational to our ability to deliver on our mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible. Caregivers are at the heart of what we do, which is why we have invested in and implemented several programs and resources to help caregivers enhance their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial health. It’s important that every caregiver feels secure, supported, and safe, both at home and at work. Additionally, we enjoy the privilege of working with caregivers from many different heritages and backgrounds, who enhance our mission by bringing their traditions, customs, experiences, and perspectives to work every day. Our Caregiver Belonging team is active in visibly raising awareness and helping us create a culture of equitable opportunity and belonging. The Caregiver Belonging team hosts and sponsors events, trainings, Caregiver (Employee) Resource Groups, and multimedia marketing campaigns. More fundamentally, these talented caregivers drive our focus on ongoing policies and practices for hiring, supporting, and developing a diverse and culturally competent workforce at all levels, listening to our caregivers, and sourcing from diverse talent pools in the community. We take all feedback seriously and will share your review with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. At Intermountain Health, we’re always working to keep communication open and meaningful across all levels of the organization. We’ve built in several ways for caregivers and leaders to stay connected and share feedback, like 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins during onboarding, regular team huddles, and quarterly meetings. These touchpoints are designed to create space for real conversations and collaboration. Additionally, we know that staffing challenges continue to impact healthcare across the country, and we’re actively working on creative, long-term solutions here at Intermountain. From offering remote and hybrid roles where possible, to investing in paid training programs, tuition support, and apprenticeships, we’re focused on building a strong, sustainable workforce. We’re also partnering with schools and community organizations to help grow the next generation of healthcare professionals. At the same time, we’re putting real energy into retention, because we know how important it is to support and keep the incredible caregivers we already have. Your feedback helps us stay focused on what matters most, and we’ll be sharing it with our teams.
