      Coworkers are nice. Vacation and sick PTO System 401k

      Desventajas

      Overtime pay is terrible. Have more work than time to get it done. No quarterly bonuses.

      Ventajas

      VP was amazing and a very enthusiastic person. They always brought a great smile to work and made others feel appreciated.

      Desventajas

      managers that were there were not experienced at all in how to train anyone. It was a "figure it out, but don't mess up or you're fired" scenario. Very much interpersonal relationships and special treatment for certain ones....

      Not proper training. You are given a brief overview and then thrown to the wolves.
