Ventajas

managers are organised and very knowledgeable. Office staff are efficient and ready to assist when on the road. Routes are pre-determined and once you travel the area for a few days you learn the fastest route etc. Left to manage your own time and workload.

Desventajas

time constraints, working to dead lines. Dealing with situations when the customer is not in, but a parcel must be delivered. Crappy drivers!!!! No opportunity to rise within the company.
