1. No Work life balance. If you are a boy you will be asked to stay late and work or even come on saturday and sunday to work 2. Management will expect you to work even when you are at home . 3. No Cafeteria and if you want food to be delivered at you office HR will not allow it. 4. You will be treated as equivalent to people working on production line. 5. Organisation is highly focused on production and cares less for R&D 6. Very unprofessional as management can barge in any time and shout at you infront of everyone 7. Management will come several time to your workplace to check you and you maybe schooled if found not according to them.
