-Small company with a laid back feel -growing company with lots of growth opportunities -Job autonomy -great employee perks - free food, great benefits, wellness plan, marketplace discounts, etc.

-a little informal/disorganized - but constantly making process improvements -can be a little confusing with the sister company in the same HQ - Medsitter is growing 100% though so it might get it's own HQ down the line.

The president of the company overworks themselves and always wants to be better. He holds a strong emphasis on health and being better as a person, not just an employee. I could not say better things. The leadership team, however, is hypocritical, using big words to seem knowledgeable, and overall rude. The compensation will never change because there is a belief of no raises. But! The vacation plan and benefits can make up for that. The biggest pro is the ability to work remotely or hybrid if desired.

Management decides the bonuses, salary, and structure of the positions. Unfortunately, because of this, there are no performance reviews or strong points to do more & learn more skills. The lack of overall management is strong. There are favorite employees, and they do nothing, literally. Other employees do the work of three people and are put on the back burner of appreciation. Because an employee has been there for years, does not mean they bring quality work.
