      Ventajas

      Best leadership around. Best colleagues around. I truly valued my time at InterWorks. I learned a great deal professionally and picked up great friends along the way.

      Desventajas

      Nothing is perfect, but there wasn’t really anything major to complain about. Only real issue I had was the org structure was a little flat so that limited career progression, but I believe much of that has changed.

      Ventajas

      - working with the latest tools and exploring new solutions instead of maintaining old systems - solid team support so you aren't stuck on an island when things get weird - seeing how different companies operate which builds experience much faster - company support for learning and getting new certifications - getting exposure to different industries and challenging problem sets

      Desventajas

      - juggling 3+ calendars and tracking every hour is a tedious chore - shifting gears between different client projects all day can get mentally exhausting
