      Ventajas

      This company takes good care of their employees with good pay and benefits. They recently moved to the State Street building at One Congress Street, so they are in the newest and nicest building in Boston.

      Desventajas

      There are few opportunities to advance here. There are two management levels between you and the owner. And because it's such a great place to work, people rarely leave.

      Autonomy in the work, smart, good people and free lunch.

      Desventajas

      Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
