Ventajas

InterSystems is a genuinely mission-driven company with a strong focus on improving healthcare outcomes globally. The culture is respectful, intellectually rigorous, and values long-term thinking over hype. Teams are collaborative, people are exceptionally smart, and there’s a real appreciation for quality, safety, and doing things the right way—especially important in healthcare. Leadership is accessible, and junior employees are trusted with meaningful responsibility early on. The company also invests heavily in learning, mentorship, and internal mobility, which makes it a great place to grow.

Desventajas

Because InterSystems prioritizes reliability and safety, decision-making can sometimes feel slower compared to startups or consumer tech companies. Processes are structured, which may feel restrictive to people who thrive in fast-moving, loosely defined environments. Innovation exists, but it often requires patience and strong stakeholder alignment.
