      Ventajas

      It's a job and it's at the beach. Those are big deals for some people. Go surfing at lunchtime.

      Desventajas

      Low pay. Poor/No benefits.High turnover.

      Ventajas

      Not micro managed. Able to grow with the company, learn a lot, and skies the limit. Brandon is really easy to work for. Do your job, keep clients happy and everyone is happy. Everyone is pretty innovative and loves to come up with great ideas. Clients are great.

      Desventajas

      Pretty lean staff so you have to love to be pretty busy. There's a lot of work so you can get burned out pretty quick. Would love to see more benefits offered like health insurance and more PTO. But really can't complain.
