Systems kept crashing at 02 my trainer had not even worked my role just learnt it. Had to work around a broken system I take pride in my job but this one I couldn’t because the systems was letting me down management let me down my work mates tried to help me as much as they can. my training was suppose to be 2 weeks but was 1 week and 3 days just ruined my confidence since then still second guessing myself if am even good enough to learn any new roles.

Working from home Some management is nice and encouraging

Desventajas

Charged for headset (when they said it would be refunded if we sent it back, they didn't give us that option in the end) Management a bit all over the place Software crashes
