Ventajas

Okay pay with okay benefits

Desventajas

Zero room for growth, hard work rewarded with more work, shady business practices, very high turnover rate, loses contracts left and right, fire happy, quick to promote unqualified candidates to management roles then fire them without advanced warning. Could go on but you get the picture.

The people are lovely and helpful!

Desventajas

There are no cons I can think of.

Ventajas

Salary was reasonable, they didn't breath over your shoulder as long as you were doing your job. Rest of the team was competent

Desventajas

They laid me off for financial reasons (their words) with less than a day's notice. The job was mostly fine, but the offloading was done very poorly
