      Ventajas

      Speaking with prospective candidates. Helping people find a better job.

      Desventajas

      No training, lying to candidates and no stability. We over hired many candidates in December (poor management) and then basically ignored the "new hire" hoping they would go away and find a different job.

      Ventajas

      Salary was reasonable, they didn't breath over your shoulder as long as you were doing your job. Rest of the team was competent

      Desventajas

      They laid me off for financial reasons (their words) with less than a day's notice. The job was mostly fine, but the offloading was done very poorly
