Despite employees being pushed aggressively toward targets, there was ongoing uncertainty surrounding incentives and bonus outcomes, which affected motivation across the team. Promises regarding growth, support, and operational improvements were often discussed but not consistently followed through in practice. Many employees were expected to adapt quickly without sufficient guidance or support from leadership.
