      1. supportive managers - manager I had was good 2. very high growth - clear path and goals 3. fun and very diversify - good volume team and vibe tribe suggestion: join if ok to take a challenge but come with rewards

      Desventajas

      1. a lot of changes - not a bad thing but need to adapt 2. sudden changes - can be better with communication 3. system - a lot of admin process suggestion: don't join if cannot cope with change
