Ventajas
My career in Information Technology spans more than 25 years and after almost four years working at Intelligenesis, I can unequivocally say that it's the best company I've worked for. You can read the other reviews about competetive salaries, great benefits, and opportunities for interesting and meaningful work, and that is admittedly a huge draw for this company. I want to focus on something different that meant more to me than all of that.
Every company I've worked for has always said, "We care about our employees!" or "Our employees are our main focus!" There's always that claim that it's all about the employees... that employees are the number one priority. However, Intelligenesis is the first company I've worked for where that actually feels true to me. Sure every company has to make profits and that needs to be a priority, but time and time again, the CEO and leadership have shown that they actually DO care about the employees. They've shown it not just in the way they treat employees or the company events they organize (which are all a great time!), but in tangible things, too... improvements in the benefits packages, working to find new contract positions, and a leadership that not only listens, but acts on requests and questions.
I'm hoping to remain here for a long, long time.
