Leadership and Management Practices: The leadership at Intellectual Point has consistently demonstrated practices that could be described as unethical and detrimental to employee morale and welfare. The decision-making often lacks transparency and does not prioritize employee well-being. And shows favoritism to certain employees over others. Work Environment: The work atmosphere can only be described as hostile, with little to no support for work-life balance. There have been instances where changes in employment terms, such as shifts from one position to another without being consulted, were made unilaterally and without genuine regard for the impact on the individuals involved. Employee Treatment: I personally experienced a transition from a Veteran Success Specialist to another role under conditions that felt both forced and strategically implemented to force me to work weekends which I could not due to religious obligations, which lead to being let go, affecting my eligibility for fair compensation and benefits.
