      Ventajas

      Only pro, if you are ready to work as spy on colleagues and bend to do what ever the family managers say, you are successful in company and you wont be targeted as bad employee.

      Desventajas

      Everything is con, business based on cheating students in US. Family management, some caste named Kamma only are best here. you should be like slave, no holidays and they demand to work late hours and weekends. Full of micro management than work. If raise voice anything you will be targeted, labelled as cheater or non worker or and many more. No proper employee benefits. Abusive management, specially some guy as cousin of owners.

      Ventajas

      Nothing worth mentioning. This place is genuinely awful.

      Desventajas

      Intellectt is a deeply frustrating place that is hard to recommend to anyone. Most leaders act as controlling micromanagers who constantly hover over every minor mistake. There is always some unnecessary remark about everything you do, even when the input adds no value and only disrupts your work. The constant interference and lack of trust make the experience exhausting. Avoid intellectt.
