Ventajas
Nothing really. I am really disappointed with the company
Desventajas
The company is expecting you to work weekends, late evenings and holidays without extra pay and without respect on the European laws of employment. Usually someone drops you an invitation and expect you to join the call, so you should always carry with you your mobile and laptop. There is a general lack of direction and decisions are taking in the last minute. There is no visibility what will happen next and the company being help privately (majority) can decide at any moment to make redundancies just like that. The environment is not friendly for work and there is a lack of training in general in the company. Finally, the company is lacking of proper management and all decisions they come from above, i.e. the CIO.
