      Great environment, got along with my co-workers and supervisors

      Desventajas

      Pay wasn't great other than sales, where you could make a killing, had some fairly high turnover.

      Ventajas

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Desventajas

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
