Ventajas
Highly interesting projects on various issues with intelligent coworkers. Even as an intern I had visible impact on projects, with considerable leeway on which way to approach problems. Fairly flexible work environment. Very little micro management.
Desventajas
Because of the quantitative nature of the research work done here, a lot of hours can be spent on data entry for projects that are difficult to automate. Hours can be long, but are not enforced
