Integra is a small company with a great leadership team. Leadership is approachable and good natured, they respect their employees. They also put a lot of effort and thought into developing an effective loan origination system for their bank and credit union clients. It's a great place to work if you've had plenty of experience in the lending industry and in fintech, specifically loan origination system development.
Desventajas
Loan origination systems are very complex and challenging to develop and support. It is highly beneficial to have a lending and fintech background to be successful working with Integra. There is very limited opportunity to learn on the job and documenation is scarce. You must be very good at solving complex technical issues independently or else you will not last in this environment. The pay is low compared to peer companies.
