      - Friendly and corporate environment - Sports and Gym facility at office - Health care and other benefits like 50% provident fund contribution - 3 dish buffet lunch sponsored by company - Flexible timings and remote work is also possible in certain cases

      Desventajas

      - Not a well defined career path in software department - Not many great mentors available, especially for juniors not a great place to learn if they are not independent - Software Department is still in startup phase (2022)

      Ventajas

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Desventajas

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.

      1. Good Starting 2. Less political enviornment 3. Plenty of Options if pursue correctly

      Desventajas

      1. Confusion on top level 2. No clear directions or appeared as like this 3. Limited scope of work only related to Oil and Gas
