      Ventajas

      I recently joined Intech Process Automation. This company actually has a good and positive working environment. INTECH on-boarding process is very comfortable as you are welcomed as a family member. People working here are of good nature and cooperative. Management is cooperative and open to listen your suggestion. Another good thing is that there is no bossy culture as communication is very open. Looking forward to make an impact.

      Desventajas

      Going good so far. No cons as of now.

      Ventajas

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Desventajas

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.

      1. Good Starting 2. Less political enviornment 3. Plenty of Options if pursue correctly

      Desventajas

      1. Confusion on top level 2. No clear directions or appeared as like this 3. Limited scope of work only related to Oil and Gas
