Almost impossible to get fired, flexible hours, offers $15 per hour for good attendance (depending on project)

Desventajas

Soul crushing non-stop call volume, management that simply doesn't care and is often less skilled/trained than you are, all the best projects have already left

The managers are some of best I have ever had. When you need help they are always willing to step up and help.

Desventajas

Sometimes mandatory overtime is inconvenient.
