Limited benefits Limited PTO Limited holiday days and pay No over time unless beneficial to company If you know how to do your job too good they will wear you thin and put you on different tasks with no additional pay TLs get paid the same as bilingual agents

The managers are some of best I have ever had. When you need help they are always willing to step up and help.

Desventajas

Sometimes mandatory overtime is inconvenient.
